Information You Create (User Content):
Input Data (Prompts): The text queries you enter to generate presentations.
Output Data (Presentations): The generated presentations created as a result of your requests.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:
To Operate the Service: To create your account, provide you with access to features, process your requests (prompts), and generate presentations.
To Process Payments: To manage your subscription through our payment partner.
To Communicate With You: To send important notifications about the Service, your account, or changes to our Terms.
For Storage: We store your prompts and generated presentations in our database and on secure servers (AWS S3) so you can access them at any time.
3. How We Share Your Information (Our Subprocessors)
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with a limited set of trusted partners who help us provide the Service:
AI Providers:
SlideSpeak: We send your text prompts to the SlideSpeak service to generate presentations.
OpenAI / Anthropic: We may send your text prompts to generate a presentation outline.
Payment Gateway:
Solidgate https://solidgate.com/ : Processes your payments.
Hosting and Storage:
Amazon Web Services (AWS): Our servers and file storage (S3) for presentations are hosted on AWS.
4. IMPORTANT: AI Model Training
We take the confidentiality of your content seriously.
Our AI partners (including SlideSpeak and OpenAI) DO NOT use your data (prompts or presentations) to train their AI models.
We also do not use your data to train any proprietary AI models without your explicit consent.
>5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data and User Content as long as you have an active account.
You have the right to delete your data. As an automatic deletion feature is currently under development, you may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data (including prompts and presentations) by sending a request to [email protected]. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures (including encryption and hosting on AWS) to protect your information from unauthorized access.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Site.
